I have lived most of my most powerful acceptance moments in the last 6 years when I can connect my abilities with dance, my healing with dance, a moment of least struggle to be me afforded repeatedly…Even with spinal issues limiting motion, sexual trauma exacerbating continual physical pain, and weight fluctuations mining my self-esteem, I was able to find beauty in myself whilst I practiced connected soulful belly dance.
